Terms & Conditions

Welcome to LOOKlab Infinity ("LOOKlab", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use LOOKlab. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Credits & Payments

LOOKlab uses a one-time purchase model with a LOOK Credits top-up system. There are no subscriptions and no automatic billing.

  • All sales are final. PRO Access ($47 lifetime), Founder Access ($97 lifetime), and every LOOK Credit top-up pack are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • LOOK Credits never expire while your account is active and have no cash value.
  • Top up anytime. When your credits run out, you can purchase additional LOOK Credit packs at any time — your tier (PRO or Founder) remains active for life.
  • Lifetime access means access to the LOOKlab Infinity service as offered, for as long as the service remains operational. Features may evolve over time.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

3. Commercial License

Your right to use the visuals and outputs you generate on LOOKlab depends on your tier:

  • Free accounts: personal, non-commercial use only. Outputs may not be sold, used in paid advertising, used for client work, or otherwise monetized.
  • PRO and Founder accounts: we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute visuals you generate through your paid account for commercial purposes — including client work, advertising, merchandise, brand campaigns, paid social, and digital products.

This license is tied to your active paid account. The license terminates automatically if your account is suspended or terminated for violating these terms or our Terms of Use. You may not (a) resell raw LOOKlab prompts or the LOOKlab service as a product, (b) use outputs to train competing AI models, or (c) claim LOOKlab as the brand owner of the outputs.

4. Generated Content

You retain ownership of prompts and content you create on LOOKlab, subject to the underlying AI provider terms. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs comply with applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LOOKlab to generate unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or sexually explicit content involving minors. See our Terms of Use for the full acceptable-use policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused LOOK Credits and lifetime access in terminated accounts are forfeited without refund.

7. Disclaimer

LOOKlab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
