Welcome to LOOKlab Infinity ("LOOKlab", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use LOOKlab. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Credits & Payments

LOOKlab uses a credit system. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law and have no cash value. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing credits you also agree to Stripe's terms.

3. Generated Content

You retain ownership of prompts and content you create on LOOKlab, subject to the underlying AI provider terms. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs comply with applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LOOKlab to generate unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or sexually explicit content involving minors. See our Terms of Use for the full acceptable-use policy.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits in terminated accounts may be forfeited.

6. Disclaimer

LOOKlab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
